Built for Translation
Located within the legendary Best Sound Studio complex in Milan’s vibrant Chinatown, the facility is designed around a singular goal: translation. Originally founded in the 90s, the space has been acoustically calibrated to provide a linear, trustworthy listening environment where critical decisions can be made with confidence.
The workflow is hybrid. We combine the recall speed and surgical precision of digital processing with the harmonic density, headroom, and “glue” of premier analog outboard. The signal path is built on a Solid State Logic Sigma summing engine, feeding a chain of modified compressors and EQs from GML, Maselec, API, and Tube-Tech.
Monitoring is handled by ATC SCM25 Pro and custom Rash Audio main monitors, aligned via Trinnov Nova optimization. This ensures that what we hear in the studio is exactly what the end listener experiences — whether on a festival rig, a club system, or a smartphone.
